You will adore the Oceanfront vistas from the 14th floor of this corner condo.The master comes with a queen bed and its own bathroom. The master also includes its own balcony and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom has a double bed plus an additional wide bunk bed. The living area has plenty of seating. The dining area is set for six and there is a counter to the kitchen that has three stools. This is a corner condo, so it has an Oceanfront balcony and two French balconies that are ocean view. The back balcony off the master faces West. There are four TV’s with one in the living area and one in each bedroom. The one TV is not on cable but is great for games, net-flex, you tube etc.

There is a one-time cleaning and a Linen Package which includes: beds made with supply of Linen (fitted sheet and top sheet for each bed) Towels (8 towels,6 hand towels,6 washcloths and kitchen towels): Bar soap, hand soap supplied along with trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. Also includes is one-thousand dollar accidental damage insurance.
Kitchen is entirely supplied with dishes, silverware, cooking silverware and of course all the everyday appliances.

Something about our building Arcadian II
We are a smaller high rise; Yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are Oceanfront. There is a washer/dryer on each floor by the elevators.

Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Generous parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen Carts by the front door to help you get your bags in and out.

Arcadian Shores section is right in between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in Myrtle Beach but a little distance from the hordes. If you like the hordes on occasion restaurant row is 2 mins.. Barefoot landing is a 5-min. drive and Broadway at the beach about 15 mins..
