The Hampton Place complex is immaculately kept and offers amenities such as a huge pool area and pavilion, private gym, Bar-B-Que area, kids's pool, gazebo, and enormous suntanning deck.

**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a sizable-scale construction project from roughly 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise.
