This resort has a pool area and direct access to the ocean! COMPLIMENTARY WIFI! Close to Barefoot Landing and House of Blues, Alabama Theatre! A variety of eateries, entertainment, shopping, and the new Duplin Winery. Ideal for couples or modest families, it features a kitchen/living room and bedroom. Sleeps up to six persons and is roughly 630 SF. From the living area and balcony, appreciate spectacular vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. Come and see what awaits you at this oceanview condo!

No pool passes needed, no conveniences center, no office on site.



Must be 23 yrs old (per complex regulations) no fireworks allowed on lawn or beach per MB regulations.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival(in the welcome e-mail that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
