**Important Info**: EV charging is stringently prohibited at this complex (cars, golf carts, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, wheelchairs, etc.). *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are supplied for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not included. The linen package is supplied with every reservation and is not optional.*

In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
