The unit features brand new floor, fresh paint throughout, a new A/C unit to keep you cool, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

The kitchenette comes complete with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all the basics needed to whip up a fast snack or an simple meal. Whether you're planning a cozy breakfast on the balcony or storing leftovers from one of Myrtle Beach's amazing eateries, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips.

While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we enjoy the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices do reflect this!
