The space: This is an efficiency suite / studio apartment with 1 queen bed, and a queen sleeper couch. There is one full bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a full kitchen and dining area. Please note, there is NO BALCONY, though the photos give the illusion of a balcony. Parking and Wi-Fi are supplied.

Guest Areas: Appreciate the gorgeous patio with heated outdoor pools, hot tubs, a kids's pool, shuffleboard, and a picnic area with BBQ grilles. If it's raining, take advantage of the indoor pool. The activities desk offers access to discounted tee times and tickets to area shows and attractions.

Please note: the Yachtsman requires a $200 Refundable Security Deposit upon check-in. The security deposit is returnable after an inspection of the room is finished, after check-out.
