A king master bedroom with private bath is also on the first level of the home. The mid-level of the home offers another king master bedroom with private master bath and private deck, and two more bedrooms, each with a pyramid bunk, that share a common hall bath. One more king master bedroom is found on the top level. Each bedroom in the home has its own TV and DVD player. The bathrooms in the home are impressively appointed with granite and bespoke tile. The great room provides a luxury experience with bespoke cabinetry and modren appointments. The gourmet kitchen offers broad counterspace including a 4-seat breakfast bar with prep area and sink. Modern stainless steel appliances include two dishwashers and a stand-alone ice machine. Savor meals in the adjacent dining area, with ocean view. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
