The Beach nourishment has widened the beach vistas. Expansive ocean vistas and luxury at its best await you at this impressive oceanfront home! Simple beach access via the gate in the pool area, leading straight to the beach walkway! You have direct access to the sound when you cross over Highway 12.

Top level:
The open floor plan features plenty of dining room seating and a completely equipped kitchen ready to take on any meal you need during your stay! Two dishwashers are available for your convenience, and the chef in your family will be pleased with the top-of-the-line appliances! There is island seating for 4, and seating at the dining room table for 10, so all can appreciate an Outer Banks family dinner. You can also surround yourself with ocean breezes and tranquility while calming in the opulent furnishings in the Great Room and taking in the unobstructed ocean vistas! Spend a comfortable evening relaxing in front of the gas fireplace, or share morning coffee or evening drinks on the open sundeck while whale watching or looking for dolphins! A extravagant king master suite on this level with a garden tub, too!

Middle level:
This level features 2 king master suites with full bathrooms, a queen master suite with a full bathroom, and a den with a daybed with a trundle for the 6th sleeping area!

Bottom level:
You will be awestruck by the luxurious sights. This level provides the ideal balance of entertainment, relaxation, and fun. The Game Room provides ample room for socializing and entertaining! The Pool Table will offer hours of friendly competition, and you won't have to go upstairs for refreshments since the kitchenette has a wet bar, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave. Also on this level is the marvelous theatre room where you can make many memories watching movies from the big comfortable theatre chairs on the Big Screen! There is also a master bedroom with two sets of bunk beds on this level, a full bathroom, and a laundry room.

The elevator adds even more convenience for suitcases, groceries, or those needing help up and down the stairs!

The outdoor getaway provides fun in the Sun! The private backyard swimming pool (14x28) is ideal for making a invigorating splash or just floating on a hot afternoon!
