On one side of the home, a staircase leads to the oceanfront king bedroom, a full bathroom with a walk in shower, and an additional bedroom featuring one queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds—ideal for families or groups with kids. On the other side of the home, a separate staircase leads to the oceanfront double queen bedroom, another full bathroom, and a second queen and bunk bed bedroom. This layout ensures privacy between groups while still offering plenty of shared spaces for gathering and relaxation.
