OCEAN FRONT - 280 East First Street - This oceanfront home features six bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two ground level bedrooms with a full size bed in each and full, Jack & Jill bathroom. On the main level there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two ocean side bedrooms have a king bed in each. One of the streetside bedrooms has a double bed and the second bedroom streetside has two full size beds. The dining room table seats six and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Conveniences include central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, high chair, TV, iron/ironing board and secured Wi-Fi.

This property rents on a weekly basis only. This home does not have a golf cart outlet. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are supplied for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not supplied. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO FAMILY PETS ARE ACCEPTED.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
