The mid-level of the home features three king master bedrooms, each with a private bath and one with access to a private deck. All the bedrooms have been refreshed with new paint, new bedspreads, artwork, ceiling fans, and Intelligent TVs. For those on a work vacation, the mid-level home office has everything a digital nomad needs to work remotely, including a new standup desk, 27” monitor with HDMI connection, power hub with 4 USB connections and a new Linksys MESH 6 high-speed wireless internet on all three levels of the home.

Revel in the impressive coastal vistas revealed from floor-to-ceiling picture windows and a deck that extends off the great room on the top level. Featuring a 14-foot vaulted ceiling, the freshly furnished great room is ideal for family camaraderie and conversation. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
