To ensure you have a marvelous stay, please be aware of the following important details:

Water Features: The indoor pools are heated for your year-round enjoyment. The outdoor pools are seasonal and not heated.

Parking Restriction: Parking is stringently limited to one (1) car on the property. No exceptions can be made.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be finished within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-returnable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in elegant condition while also protecting you during your stay.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our comfortable 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our home rules to make your experience as delightful as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is stringently non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Family Animals:
Sorry, but family pets are not allowed on the premises. We adore animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-complimentary environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain peaceful hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. min. Occupancy:
The max. number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No events or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the max. occupancy without prior approval.

7. Conveniences and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities supplied responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furnishings or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Only 1 parking space is available. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
