* Resort Conveniences: Please be aware that resort amenities, including the pools and hot tubs, are managed by the resort. Their availability is subject to posted hours, weather, and maintenance schedules. We are not responsible for luxury closures.

* Safety: The condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit for your safety.

* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-returnable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added tranquility of mind for your stay.

* Parking Limitations: No motorbikes, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grandiose Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason prices are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our home rules to make your experience as delightful as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is stringently non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available. $250 Fee will be assessed to refresh the property if evidence of smoking is found.

3. Family Animals:
Sorry, but family pets are not allowed on the premises. We adore animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-complimentary environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain peaceful hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. min. Occupancy:
The max. number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No events or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the max. occupancy of 4 without prior approval.

7. Conveniences and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities included responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is supplied in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furnishings or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival
