You'll appreciate the natural lighting with the skylight in the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms. You have access to two decks. One on the ocean side and the other faces the sound side and the northern beaches. If you're a shade seeker one of the decks will be shady depending on the time of the day. This is a great time to grab your favorite book and relax!

This getaway is the ideal location for your family vacation located in the heart of Duck. Also, this unit is only 135 feet from the dune walkover and gazebo. Gorgeously decorated with a new kitchen, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, well maintained and entirely outfitted. Great for modest families!

Guests will have the opportunity to appreciate all the community amenities of Colony by the Sea, including the oceanfront pool with bathrooms, outdoor showers, grilling areas, picnic tables, 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, playground area, and coin-operated laundry. We also have access to WiFi which will keep you connected to work and home! Please note, the community pool closes in mid-October.

Please note, bed sizes for bunk bed is not a normal twin size, they are 5 feet in length.
