This 3rd floor, 2 bed/2 bath, oceanfront condo is equipped with everything you need for an memorable visit to Carolina Beach. The unit is located within walking distance of the Boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake Park, a variety of eateries, nightlife, shopping, and many other fashionable local attractions.

Coral Surf has a private beach access behind the building as well as a private pool open between May and October. Or you can sit back, relax, and appreciate the sounds of the ocean from the top floor balcony. The view is particularly gorgeous early in the morning when the sun first rises.

The entirely equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer, silverware, plates, cups, pots/pans, etc. General amenities include dish washer, Wifi, central heat/air, covered parking for 2 cars, keyless entry, completely equipped kitchen, linens, bath towels, beach towels, cable TV with premium movie channels, and multiple games. We also have a beach wagon, tent and toys available for your use!

We`ve spent the time to make our condo TURNKEY so that you can spend your time with your family, calming, appreciating the vistas, and making memories.

As a standard, high season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) bookings have a 7-day minimum requirement. Please check our calendar for availability.

IMPORTANT: This is a non-smoking unit (including E-cigs/Vaping), and no family pets are allowed in the entire complex.

Guests have access to the entire condo, and are also welcome to use community pool and the private beach access!

Our condo is located just south of the boardwalk and the heart of Carolina Beach. It is only half a mile from the boardwalk and directly behind the Carolina Beach Lake. The Lake offers a marvelous walking trail, picnic tables, grilles and paddle boats. In the summer the Lake also does complimentary Outdoor Movies and concerts. There is also a Farmer`s Market every Saturday during the summer months.

House Rules: This home does not allow pets, smoking, events or events. Must be 25 years old to book the home. Rental agreement is required to be signed within 48 hours of booking the home.
