Laundry area located just steps from the unit. There are two pools to choose from with this unit, newly installed charcoal grilles and picnic tables. The unit is within walking distance to the famed Ocean Annie’s outdoor bar with live music. The Apache pier with food, game room and fishing is just a short walk away and across the street is Flip Flops Bar and Grille.

HOA does not allow family pets, trailers or motorbikes on the premises. min. 6 guest in the condo unit. Units will Only be Saturday to Saturday during prime season. Check-in will be 3 PM- check out will be 10AM.
