A cavernous oceanfront deck, a teak wood dining table, and chairs to watch the dolphins and surfers. The town has done a complete renourishment of the beach. We now have tons of sand in front of the condo and our access has been restored right next to our building. Late afternoon, savor the pool and watch the sunset. Wi-Fi is supplied. We don't pass on credit card costs or charge a registration fee or a "processing" fee. Our only fee is the cleaning fee. All other costs are from Vrbo. There is also a movie studio that gives tours out by the airport. Wilmington also hosts Sun Down Celebrations, a convention center, and the legendary Azalea Festival.
