Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths thoughtfully arranged across two levels. On the main level, one bedroom includes two double beds and a TV, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and a single bed and a private half bath (toilet and sink). A full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located just outside the bedrooms. Upstairs, the roomy primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, private full bath, and access to a enormous street-side deck with patio furnishings and a beautiful swing — the ideal spot to relax with a book or evening breeze.

The open living area invites you to gather and savor the view from the private oceanfront balcony. The dining table seats four comfortably, and five additional barstools at the kitchen counter provide plenty of space for everybody to share meals together.

Guests appreciate modern amenities including central heat and air, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi, and elevator access. The community offers a seasonal oceanfront pool, outdoor showers, and a picnic area with Hibachi grilles for casual cookouts by the water.

This property features keyless entry for effortless check-in. A three-nighttime minimum stay is required before June 2 and after September 1. Pillows and bedspreads are included; guests should bring or rent sheets, towels, and paper products. All properties are non-smoking, and family pets are not allowed. Parking regulations prohibit jet skis, boats, trailers, or golf carts on the premises.

Prices include all costs — no hidden costs.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are supplied for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not supplied. The linen package is supplied with every reservation and is not optional.*

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
