Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-returnable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added tranquility of mind for your stay.

Parking Limitations: No motorbikes, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out might be accommodated based on availability; please communicate in advance.

Smoking and Vaping:
Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside the property.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are available; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Animals:
Unfortunately, family pets are not allowed on the premises.

Noise and Disturbances:
Respect other guests and neighbors; please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late evenings and early mornings.

Kindly use all amenities and appliances supplied in the property with care and according to instructions. Ensure all lights, air conditioning, and electronic devices are turned off when leaving the property.

Cleaning and Tidiness:
Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay and leave the property in a tidy condition. A cleaning fee is included in the reservation, but excessive mess or additional cleaning required may incur an additional fee.

Pool and Recreational Areas:
Follow all posted rules and guidelines when using common areas, including the pool, gym, or any other recreational facilities.
Kids must be supervised by an adult at all times in these areas.

Security and Keys:
Keep the property secure at all times and ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving.

Parking:
