This ocean front 1st floor unit is located just south of the boardwalk area. The Palace Resort has recents updates and offers fun amenities!

The Palace Resort is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A Walmart is located just around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more!

NO FAMILY PETS Unfortunately the resort does NOT allow family pets so please leave your furry friends at home.

NO SMOKING
No smoking or vaping inside the condo, there are designated smoking areas within the complex.

No Parties

Guest access
This condo is all yours to use during your stay. You will have full access to everything (except the locked owners closet) in the condo and balcony.
the morning of your reservation, you will receive the condo unit number and door code to gain entry.
In the condo you will find 2 parking passes to use during your stay to use the parking garage, they are required to be hung in your car to show you are a guest. unfortunately golf carts and trailers are not allowed to be parked in the parking garage. Parking passes must be left in condo upon checkout.
You will also find wristbands in the condo that are required to be worn in all pool areas to show that you are a guest.

There is newly refreshed onsite laundry that are app-operated for your convenience located on the odd numbered floors.
