The space

This oceanfront condo is set on the 6th floor and offers sweeping coastal scenery from a private balcony overlooking the water. Inside, the living area is arranged for gathering and unwinding, with enormous windows that keep the ocean in view. A dining space sits close by, making meals feel connected to the shoreline beyond. The kitchen is completely equipped and designed for everyday cooking, whether you are preparing a simple breakfast or sharing dinner after a day out.



Sleeping arrangements

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the condo comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean front balcony access, en suite bathroom and dedicated workspace. Additional bedrooms include a second king bed with an en suite bathroom, a room with 2 queen beds, a room with twin beds, and a living room with a sleeper couch, offering flexibility for families or groups traveling together. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, and additional pillows and blankets are included to support both short and extended stays.



Outdoor living and resort access

The private balcony is a natural gathering spot, offering 180-degree ocean vistas and space to relax with outdoor furnishings. Beyond the condo, guests have resort access that includes pools, a hot tub, and shared beach access right along the shoreline. Outdoor showers, sun loungers, and open outdoor areas add to the beachfront experience.



Entertainment and family-friendly features

Resort access also includes a range of shared entertainment options such as mini golf, a climbing wall, bowling alley, laser tag, skate ramp, and batting cage, along with an outdoor playground and play structures for kids. These shared amenities make it painless to balance beach time with activities for all ages.

* Motorcycles and trailers are NOT allowed on property under any circumstances.

* Oversized cars (over 74” tall) have limited parking availability on the first level.

* If upsized parking is full, guests will need to use close by public parking at Dunes Village Resort.

* All guests must display an official Beach Colony parking pass to enter the garage.

* Parking passes must include the condo number and reservation dates.

* Reservation confirmations or screenshots will NOT be accepted in place of parking passes.

* The indoor pool area is currently under remodel and is expected to reopen around September 2026.

* Renovations include repairs, upgrades, new floor, ceiling work, and drainage improvements.

* Outdoor amenities remain available during this time.

* Beach Colony is continuing major property improvements throughout 2026, including indoor pool renovations and upcoming parking deck repairs.

* Work is being finished in phases to minimize guest disruption.

* Guests are encouraged to report suspicious activity or disturbances to the front desk immediately.

* Quiet hours and resort rules are enforced for everybody’s comfort and safety.

Only a brief drive away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park, The Boardwalk, and Splashes Water Park. This great location is close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. It's conveniently located within 3 miles of the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, 3.5 miles from the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and only a few mins. by car to Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. You can conveniently reach Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many trendy attractions, dining options, golf courses, and shopping venues are just a short drive from here.

This condo is privately owned; please treat it like your own home. Access is via a coded lock, eliminating the need to check in at the front desk. You'll receive the code on your arrival day in the welcome e-mail, accepting you to skip the long check-in lines.



Your stay provides linens, towels, and washcloths, along with STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
