Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies, appreciate live music by the beach and a great ambiance! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's fashionable attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Please only smoke in these areas and these areas only.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- Notice – Spectrum Internet Installation (Sept–Oct 2025):

Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.



- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.

Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.
