Because this is a raised beach home, however, upsized cars — especially enormous pickup trucks — may find maneuvering and parking at the home challenging.

Guests bringing upsized cars or huge trucks are encouraged to park those cars in Ocean Lakes overflow parking and use the home`s complimentary golf cart to travel between the overflow area and the home.

This gives guests with bigger cars a much easier option while still accepting them to savor this exceptional close-to-the-beach location.

Standard-size cars and smaller SUVs should fit comfortably.

The former indoor pool, outdoor pool, and mini golf area are currently being replaced with an expanded aquatic and recreation area scheduled to open around Memorial Day Weekend 2027.

Planned improvements include a much bigger indoor aquatic facility with an indoor pool, kids`s splash area and aquatic play features, body slides, plus a new outdoor resort-style pool and additional upgrades.

Ocean Lakes is a complete vacation destination. The Sandy Harbor family fun center has the “Splash Zone” water park with slides and lazy river and game center that kids always appreciate. The Nature Center can provide learning during your vacation. There are multiple playgrounds near the beach, an Olympic size outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool for year round enjoyment, a convenience store, Sandy’s Meet and Eat restaurant, the Sandy Harbor cafe, and the “snack shak” to grab a bite.

Ocean Lakes charges $15 per car per day for parking. This must be paid directly to Ocean Lakes and is not included in our cost quote. Reservations made in advance can qualify for express check-in, save a few dollars and beat the lines on check-in day.

Vacation Rental Agreement - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a binding contract between You and Ass in The Sand Beach Rental, LLC (AiTSBR) effective immediately upon reserving your beach bungalow.

With this agreement, you and AiTSBR, wish to agree on the terms of your renting the property on a short-term basis for vacation purposes.

Therefore, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Reservation.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You will rent the Property solely for short-term vacation purposes between the “Check-In Date” and “Check-Out Date”identified on the reservation. Your lease of the Property will start at 4:00 p.m. on the Check-In Date, and will end at 09:00 a.m. on the Check-Out Date. You may not check in early or check out late without prior arrangements. However, We may require check in to occur later than 5:00 p.m. during peak holiday periods.

3. Rent and Other Charges.

(a) The full amount of rent, taxes and other costs stated on the quote as Total Amount Due is due upon reservation.

(b). Authorization. You authorize AiTSBR or it’s subsidiaries to charge your credit card on file at the time of reservation.

(c). Nonrefundable Reservation Fees. “Nonrefundable Reservation Fees” may be combined with Rent and are supplied in the Total Charges.
