Pretty 1 BR/ 2 BA condo in gorgeous Duck, NC. This second-floor condo is ideal for couples or modest families. It features a roomy living room w/ sleeper couch, an refreshed, well-outfitted kitchen and dining area, master bedroom with queen bed, two full baths, and a bunk bed alcove in the hallway.

Savor handsome ocean vistas from the enormous deck! Oceanside: our beach access is on the property with no roads to cross. Just a short walk across the lawn and you're at the water.

Free WiFi, flat screen tv w/ cable, books, and games are included.

Colony by the Sea is an simple 15 min. walk to the Village of Duck with eateries, shopping, and a handsome sound-side boardwalk! The community has an oceanfront pool (open seasonally, weather permitting) w/ outside showers, sundecks, a new play area, tennis courts, grilles, and picnic tables. It also has a boardwalk/ stairs across the dunes and private community beach access.

Please note this is a second-floor condo in a building with no elevator. (Four half-flights of stairs) You have one reserved parking space directly next to the stairwell. (Additional parking is available in the west lot.)
