Feel remodeled comfort in 'Toes in the Sand,' our inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ocean view villa, ideally located within the broad Myrtle Beach Resort. Spanning roughly 750 sq ft, this condo has been meticulously refreshed to provide a fresh and modern ambiance for your stay.

The heart of the home is the bright and airy living area, featuring cozy seating and access to your private balcony, where you can appreciate the exhilarating ocean breezes and a gorgeous side ocean view.

The brand new kitchen is a culinary delight, boasting sleek granite countertops, pristine new cabinetry, and all new stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It comes completely outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, and silverware you'll need to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area provides a cozy space for family meals and conversation.

Master Bedroom:
Features a comfortable Queen Bed and a private en-suite bathroom for added convenience.

Second Bedroom:
Equipped with 2 Single Beds, ideal for kids or additional guests.

Living Room:

Important Note on Arrival:
Please be aware there is a $35.00 per week resort fee per car, payable directly at the gate upon arrival. They only accept credit or debit cards; no cash is accepted at the gate. Please be prepared to pay this fee upon entry. During May-August, units are typically Saturday to Saturday only."

Ride-Sharing & Taxis: Uber and Lyft services, as well as traditional taxi companies, are readily available throughout Myrtle Beach, offering convenient door-to-door transportation to any destination, from dining to entertainment venues.

Walking: Within the 33-acre Myrtle Beach Resort, you can comfortably walk to all the on-site amenities, including pools, the waterpark, eateries, and direct beach access. For destinations just outside the resort, a short walk might be an option depending on your destination.

The HOA does charge a gate fee of $ 5.00 per day ($35.00 weekly) at the front gate . They accept charge card of debit cards for payment only.
