The top level is home to the fourth bedroom also with a new 2023 king bed, full-size bathroom, and TV. The open-concept living space is also on the top floor. Here, you can appreciate a living area with a huge sectional couch and comfortable chairs located around a TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the necessities to prepare for your whole group. The breakfast bar and dining room table are ideal for meals and conversation. There is also a collection of games and books to savor in the SE study nook. Sliding glass doors provide access to the top-level sundeck and crow's nest, where you can catch grand vistas in all directions, including vistas of the ocean and the sound.
