Parking

Guests are supplied two parking passes per stay.

Parking is available in multiple on-site tons. For convenient access to The Atlantic Perch, we recommend using the east parking lot and the stairs at the rear of the building. These stairs lead to the corridor closest to the condo and make unloading suitcases and beach gear easier.

Parking passes must be displayed in accordance with community rules. Vehicles without a valid, visible pass may be subject to towing.

Getting Around

A car is recommended for exploring Myrtle Beach and the surrounding Grand Strand.

Several Shore Drive eateries and beach bars are within walking distance, and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are generally available throughout the area.

Finest of all, getting to the beach requires no car at all — just grab your beach gear and head for the sand.

Other Things to Know

Third-Floor Condo – No Elevator
The Atlantic Perch is located on the third floor, and the building does not have an elevator. Guests should be comfortable using stairs.

Shared Laundry
A shared, coin-operated laundry room is located just a short walk from the condo within the building. A private washer and dryer are not located inside the unit.

Seasonal Pool
The community swimming pool operates seasonally. Pool availability and operating dates are controlled by the HOA and may vary based on weather, maintenance, or community policies.

Low-Rise Beach Community
A Place at the Beach V is a low-rise beach community rather than a enormous resort tower, offering a more casual setting and easy access to the shoreline.

Peak-Season Travel
Myrtle Beach is a trendy destination during spring and summer. Traffic, eateries, beaches, and attractions may be busier during peak weeks and holidays.

Coastal Conditions
This is a coastal property. Wind, sand, humidity, salt air, and changing weather conditions are a normal part of staying near the ocean.

Smoking is not allowed, and family pets are not allowed in accordance with community guidelines.

Age Requirement
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property for the duration of the reservation.
