This condo has a marvelous layout and some really nice new upgrades including, paint, floor and furnishings!! The living room is modern and opulent, but so comfortable with new furnishings and has access to the enormous balcony! The dining area is open to the kitchen and living room and features a huge dining table with seating for eight. Cooking will be enchanting in the kitchen with a striking black granite counter, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you need, the kitchen also has an eat-at bar and seating for three. Off the living room is the master bedroom, this extravagant and inviting space features a sizable ensuite and access to the balcony. The first guest bedroom is elegantly decorated, it has ample space and storage, and a three-piece ensuite. The second guest bedroom is classically chic, it has 2 double beds and the guest bathroom is adjacent to this room. This condo also has a full-sized washer and dryer located just off the entryway. And last but certainly not least, the balcony with a delightful view of the beach and a table that seats four!
