This unit is entirely equipped and is really a one of a kind, with amazing ocean vistas from the balcony! The resort has 6 pools (indoor and outdoor) a convenient store, a bar and grille with live music and karaoke nightly during the season. Also appreciate direct beach access, a kids playground, basketball courts, tennis courts and so much more!

Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera.

ABSOLUTELY NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.Additionally you will be charged a $600 pet cleaning fee.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.
Linens
We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay. This includes:
- Sheets for all beds
- Blankets for all beds
- 6 bath towels
- 6 wash cloths
- Hand towels
- Kitchen towels
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

- We have a regular drip coffee pot, not a keurig
- Dish soap is supplied
- 1 roll of paper towels is supplied
