Freshly refreshed 4 bdrm 3 Full bath true handicap accessible mobile home. With the option to rent the limo golf cart.We also accept different payment avenues, as a way to save on credit card costs!



The Space:

Unwind on the sizable screened in porch with a day bed, swing, and tv. You walk into the huge family room with a sectional couch, flat screen tv, and ceiling fan.

The completely equipped kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a nice center island with bar stools.

The King size Master Bdrm has a flat screen tv, and ceiling fan, with a private master bath with a tiled shower.

Hall bath has double sinks, a bath/shower combo.

The end hall bdrm has 2 sets of bunk beds, double on bottom and twin on top. Flat screen tv and ceiling fan

Queen bdrm has a flat screen and ceiling fan

New King Bedroom at end of hall

Stand alone washer and dryer

Sizable handicap accessible bath with walk in shower

Must be 21 to operate the optional golf cart (valid driver’s license required and must abide by all Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage, or renter will pay applicable fines)

You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes this DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park.
