Your private beach walkway puts you just steps from the ocean's edge, with the white sandy dunes as your front yard!

An open floor plan features a alluring oceanfront kitchen w/double sinks and huge modern concrete countertops. Appreciate the unique convenience of two dishwashers, and two fridges, making it a bit easier to stock up on provisions for the week. High ceilings and a wall of ocean front window spread across the open ocean front kitchen, dining and living areas. You'll find rich constructed-in cabinetry warming a secondary living area, as well as two additional bright and comfortable sitting areas on the street side of the home.
