1st floor (ground). Cozy and comfortable condo, walking distance to the beach.

*can accommodate up to 6 guests (recommended for 4 adults and 2 kids). *Located close to ocean blvd. and all main attractions.

*PET OWNERS: Only completely trained family family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. only 2 pets up to 50lbs are allowed .

*kitchen entirely equipped with all basics (no condiments)

*flat screen TVs in bedroom and living room. *2 double beds and 1 pullout couch.

* Sheets and linens supplied.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are included for showers only.



Guest Access:

*Pool is currently open.

*1 parking spot available. (Please notify the host in advance if arriving with more than one car).

* Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed

*No mailbox for this location.



The Neighborhood:

Close to the beach and Ocean blvd. Only few mins. away from all main attractions, many attractions are in walking distance, eateries, mini golf and beachwear stores.

Other Things to Note:

*Please review my home rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
