The downstairs has a freshly updated kitchen and roomy living room with a wet bar. In the hall you will find a bathroom with a shower tub combo which also has a separate door connecting to the queen bedroom. The downstairs by the living room also has a private master king suite with attached bathroom with a stand up tiled shower.
