The Spotted Duck offers a beautiful, light filled Oceanside beach home in the Osprey neighborhood of Duck. This vacation home comes with spectacular sound and pool vistas that can be seen from numerous decks and enormous two story windows. This cavernous, modern beach home has over 3100 square feet and features huge, open floor plan with soaring ceilings, great outdoor spaces and big, comfortable furnishings. The striking mile-long Duck Boardwalk, eateries and stores are just a short bicycle ride away. Quack. Quack. Duck is where it's at!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with covered seating and an outside shower. Entry level with laundry area including a washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating 8 with deck access, half bathroom and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck access with a hammock. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Fireplace is not for guest use.
