1960's beach home in Kill Devil Hills that will take you back in time. It is only a three min. walk to the Helga Street beach access, and is located close to dining and shopping. Avalon Fishing pier is less than a mile away. The home features three bedrooms. One with a queen size bed, one with a full-size bed, and one with a twin over full bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower inside of the home and an enclosed outside shower and toilet. Two patio spaces outback provide plenty of room to relax and appreciate the ocean air. Inside you will find a huge living room with generous seating options for multiple activities. The home has not been modernized and we are constantly making improvements and updates as time accepts. This home has been in our family since 1986, and for those who have been traveling to the Outer Banks from the 80's to the early 2000's, it will remind of you of earlier, simpler, and hopefully, fond memories. For those who are just beginning to make memories in the Outer Banks, I hope the Duck Inn can be a part of that.
