The Alexander Beach House is a third-row, two-story home located in the beautiful North Forest Beach area. This handsome, coastal home features charming landscaping, a private deck, and upgraded bathrooms and kitchen!

As you walk through the front door, you'll see a staircase leading to the main level. The bottom level homes a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, a laundry room for your swimsuits, and a living area with full size bunk beds for additional sleeping. The living area also has access to the ground level patio for sunny summer days.

Upstairs, you'll find the main living space, which is open to a sitting area and dining room. The living room features a enormous flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi, comfortable seating, and access to the top deck, where you can grille with friends and adored ones after a day at the beach. The newly refreshed kitchen features bespoke cabinetry, new appliances, and granite countertops.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
