This freshly constructed, North Forest Beach ocean home is ready to host all of your favorite people! Located in North Forest Beach, this home features all of the luxuries you crave; a private pool, a hot tub, a screened-in porch, a ping-pong table, and four primary suites.



As you enter the home, instantly take notice of the inviting open-floor layout. The gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an broad breakfast bar. Off the kitchen, additional seating is available at the formal dining table. When you aren't busy indulging in family-style meals, get comfortable on the soft seating in the living room. Turn on the enormous TV and warm up next to the heat of the electric fireplace. Also on the main level, you'll find two en-suite bedrooms and a separate laundry room. Challenge your appreciated ones to some friendly competition in the game room with a round of mini basketball, pingpong, or cornhole!



Upstairs, the seating area/media room features a wet bar, and the bedrooms are just as impressive with their high-quality linens, and central air-conditioning.



Outside, guests can savor the radiant South Carolina sunshine from the private pool deck with new furnishings and in the turquoise water. Take a calming dip in the hot tub. When you aren't hanging out here, take a fast walk to the beach or a mile walk to Coligny Plaza where you can shop and dine at your leisure. Outdoor beach volleyball courts and many bicycle trails are also at your fingertips.

Things to Know

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating prices and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at least 7 days prior to arrival. Additional costs apply for last-min. requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.



Other Things to Note:

Garage height is only 6ft. You cannot park next to the home. All cars must be in the garage.



If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be supplied if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.



A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to arrange pool and spa heating. The heating fee must be paid prior to check-in. Guests may contact management after booking to add pool and spa heat to their reservation.



here is also a standalone hot tub that is heated year round. (guests will pay the hot tub fee regardless)



Garage is only 6ft tall and no cars may be parked on the road as per the fire code. Oversized cars can be parked at the Vacasa office overnight. No street parking.
