As you enter this first floor villa you will be greeted by the new wood floors throughout the living, dining and bedroom areas.

The Kitchen comes entirely-equipped making your cooking experience just like home. The Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and real wood cabinets. Just off the Kitchen is the half bath, making it convenient for your visitors. The Living Room features comfortable modern furnishings, flat screen TV and access to your private patio. The Dining Area seats four and features a unique tile top table.

The Primary Bedroom has a sizable King bed, flat screen TV, private patio access and an en-suite Primary Bathroom for your convenience. The Primary Bathroom features an refreshed tile top vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

Outside you'll find your patio with plenty of seating while being tucked away making it very private. The Beach is conveniently accessible by just a few min. drive or by calling the Dunes Buggy Shuttle, a seasonal on-demand shuttle service supplied at no charge.

This vacation rental is pet-friendly between October 1 through March 31 for an additional charge. No family pets are allowed between April 1 through September 30. Our pet policy only accepts one dog per rental unit with a max. weight of 40 pounds. Other restrictions may apply.
