Four Flat Screen intelligent CCTVs with basic cable, wireless internet access. Freshly modernized, wood and carpet floor. Well equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Covered porch and deck, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold. 1/2 block to 39th Street boat launch and 1 block (200 steps) to beach access. Patio with charcoal park style grille. Beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, toys and body boards. Corn hole set.
