Incredible amenities include two public golf courses, a seasonal outdoor pool, grilling areas. Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics.

This 2nd floor(elevator available) end unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
Access the pool with Pool Fobs (All Pool Fobs must be kept and returned before checking out. )There is a $100 charge for each lost or broken pool fob.
Washer/dryer available in the unit.
Parking is complimentary.
No Motorcycles, trailers, boat or camper parking.
No mailbox for this location.
Other things to note:
Pool fobs are counted after each stay.
NO MAILBOX for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

For your safety there will be one doorbell camera/exterior camera at the front door facing the parking lot. Active 24/7 I have to (and want to) keep my guests safe! Blocking, tampering with, or disconnecting security camera equipment or internet/Wi-Fi equipment is grounds for immediate, non-returnable cancellation & you may be charged a $300 fee.
