Located steps from the many eateries and stores in impressive Beaufort, SC, and within close walking distance to the downtown waterfront park. House features a freshly remodeled chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, wood floors, a cavernous yard, and ample off street parking. Main bedroom features a new king bed, with two new twin beds in the second bedroom, in addition to a pullout couch in the living. Sizable screened in sunporch with smaller front porch with porch swing. Full dining room with fireplace and sizable dining table seating up to 10. Hunting Island state park as well as Parris Island and MCAS Beaufort within close driving distance.
