Historic , constructed in 1850 and entirely refreshed in 2019. Located steps from the many eateries and stores in beautiful Beaufort, SC, and within close walking distance to the downtown waterfront park. House features a freshly modernized chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, wood floors, a roomy yard, and ample off street parking. Main bedroom features a new king bed, with two new twin beds in the second bedroom, in addition to a pullout couch in the living. Enormous screened in sunporch with smaller front porch with porch swing. Full dining room with fireplace and enormous dining table seating up to 10. Hunting Island state park as well as Parris Island and MCAS Beaufort within close driving distance.

Located in Beaufort, this vacation home is in the city center. St. Helena's Episcopal Church and John Mark Verdier House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cat Island Driving Range and Sanctuary Golf Club.
