Historic , constructed in 1850 and completely remodeled in 2019. Located steps from the many eateries and stores in striking Beaufort, SC, and within close walking distance to the downtown waterfront park. House features a freshly modernized chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, wood floors, a roomy yard, and ample off street parking. Main bedroom features a new king bed, with two new twin beds in the second bedroom, in addition to a pullout couch in the living. Grand screened in sunporch with smaller front porch with porch swing. Full dining room with fireplace and huge dining table seating up to 10. Hunting Island state park as well as Parris Island and MCAS Beaufort within close driving distance.
