Located on the 4th floor of Building #1, this striking two bed & two bath island hideaway is the ideal getaway for families and friends alike. As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a completely equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and all the cookware you might need to whip up some delicious meals. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen to the inviting living room, where you can relax on a brand new couch (this can also be converted into a queen couch bed that includes a gel foam bed) while appreciating your favorite TV shows on the Intelligent TV.

The roomy balcony is an ideal spot to sip your morning coffee and breathe in the invigorating ocean air. The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, ideal for restful nights, while the guest bedroom is great for the kids, with full-size bunk beds and a twin trundle. Both bathrooms are elegantly designed, making it painless to refresh before heading out to discover the pretty island. Plus, you'll have private WiFi and all the essentials to make your stay cozy - including starter supplies such as dish soap/detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bathing towels for your convenience.

The resort itself is also packed with amenities: Three inviting pools. including an outdoor heated pool in Building #1 as well as a handsome indoor recreation facility in Building #3 which includes a heated pool, kiddie pool and hot tub, walking track, a well-equipped gym, sauna & steam room, and even a modest arcade! You can also appreciate delicious meals at the on-site deli or sip exhilarating drinks at the poolside tiki bar and oceanfront Cabana. For those who appreciate staying active, there are six lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a badminton court, as well as an oceanfront volleyball court. After a day of fun in the sun, you can grille up a feast at the designated area. A golf cart shuttle also runs April-September from the resort to the beach! If you have kids, they will adore the 10 min. walk across the boardwalk with all the marine life!

This resort has a strict NO FAMILY PETS policy. This is also a NON-SMOKING/vaping condo and is prohibited by the resort. The primary renter must be 25 years of age.
