Recent renovations including new floor, Living room furnishings, 5G WIFI, 3 TV's including 4K resolution 55" Intelligent TV. Master bedroom with walk-in closet and bath. Spectacular marsh vistas from both guest bedrooms. Open living, dining and kitchen, Central Heat & Air, Washer/Dryer, completely equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, dishwasher, microwave, enclosed outside hot/cold shower, beach chairs, beach cart, surf fishing rods, crab trap, 2 kayaks, body and skim boards, charcoal grille, and more. Only .14 miles to beach and less than 1/2 mile to pier and Island Way restaurant. Linen costs for 3 BR's of $76 and $15 for Q sleeper are NOT included but can be arranged. No Smoking. Pet friendly. Check-In: 4:00PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM. Weekly units during peak season are Saturday to Saturday. Monthly prices are available November through February.
