HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This handsome home overlooking the Robert Trent Jones golf course offers a great layout and fabulous outdoor space for the entire family. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home has plenty of space for you and your family.

The charmingly decorated living room gives off an airy, coastal feel with its vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen comes full equipped and features a drink center with beverage/wine refrigerator & stand-alone ice maker as well as an eat-in bar. The dining area is just off the kitchen and offers seating for 6. Doors from the kitchen and great room lead to the back patio and pool area.

The master bedroom features king bed, TV, and overlooks the pool and golf course. Here you will find a private bath with modern soaker tub, enormous glass shower with rain shower and double vanity. The second bedroom, located in the back of the home, includes two queen beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has one queen bed, a TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The striking, cavernous backyard includes a deck with room for outdoor dining and calming. The private hot tub (accommodates up to eight adults) and sizable pool are ideal for activities of all ages. There's also an outdoor shower available for you to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. All outside amenities overlook the charming Robert Trent Jones golf course 16th green.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island.
