Our enormous, screened deck is ideal for calming and entertaining. Home is a corner property with plenty of parking, a sizable carport and an outside shower area. We have all new appliances, a completely equipped kitchen and laundry on site. We are pet lovers, however our rental home is pet-complimentary and also smoke-complimentary. Both outside entrances to the home are equipped with a Ring doorbell/camera system for security. Oceanside Village is a family-aligned and special place to spend your beach vacation in our area. It is a gated and secure community. OSV features many amenities including a brand new heated indoor pool and modest kids pool, outdoor pool with kids splash area, hot tub, catch and release pond fishing, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts and a playground for the kids. The area is surrounded by the best eateries, shopping areas and the famed Marshwalk. The beach is just a short walk from our home and includes private parking for OSV occupants.
