The condo is one of the biggest on the beach and has well over 1,200 square feet of space. An upsized oceanfront balcony, sizable completely-equipped kitchen (ice maker, microwave, smooth top range, dishwasher, disposal), washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are supplied. The main Master Bedroom is oceanfront, has a king-sized bed, private bathroom, and features direct access to the private balcony. There is a second Master Bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom features two double beds and a private bathroom. This condo sleeps eight people comfortably (10 people with the sleeper couch) and is ideal for families, golfers, and charming getaways.

Plus, the Grandiose Atlantic Resort is one of very few oceanfront resorts that offers enclosed hallway access to each condo. During inclement weather, you can leave the condo, take an elevator to the bottom floor, and access the handsome indoor pool, indoor hot tubs, indoor lazy river, and game room without ever stepping outdoors! If the weather is bad, your kids can still have a fun day at our covered water features.

Grand Atlantic is a great resort for year-round visiting. The resort's amenities include a pretty indoor heated swimming pool, indoor 170 foot heated lazy river with rafts, and two indoor hot tubs. Outside, the resort features a 65' outdoor pool and a kiddie pool with water play features. Chaise lounges surround the outdoor pools. A well-kept lawn area with chaise lounges provides additional space for sunbathing! The resort also offers a restaurant (which delivers to the condo and pool area), gift shop, exercise center (on the same floor as the condo), bathrooms and shower in the pool area, and high speed elevators. For safety, the resort has security cameras in the pool area, garage, and hallways.
