Twelve steps bring you into this Sea Pines home - as you enter the home the kitchen is on the right. The bright and sunny kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances and an eat-in table for four. The kitchen is entirely equipped for all your cooking needs. Off the kitchen is the open living room/dining room area. High ceilings and tons of windows open up this area. The dining table seats six. The cavernous living area features a leather sleeper couch, adore seat, chair and wall mounted flat screen TV. Doors from this room lead to the back porch with seating and a gas grille. The home overlooks the Sea Pines Forest Preserve.
The master bedroom with king bed is also on the first floor. This room features a TV and private master bathroom.
The second floor has the two remaining bedrooms each with a queen bed and TV. On the second floor you will also find a half bathroom, full bathroom and laundry room.
Located conveniently in Sea Pines you have access to the Trolley stop that runs to Harbourtown and the Sea Pines Beach Club. This neighborhood offers a private pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts.

Sea Pines Beach Club Parking

Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. More details can be found at
