Our single family home (NOT a duplex) offers unparalleled beachfront privacy with a backyard pool surrounded by trees. Come and savor a beachfront getaway. Ideal for multigenerational family gatherings (no events), fishing trips, or a hideaway with friends, this freshly expanded 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath home is designed for relaxation and adventure. 7 nighttime minimum during the high season w/ Saturday check-in/out (mid March thru mid September.) 4 nighttime minimum off season.

Start your mornings with expansive ocean vistas from the partially covered deck, complete with a swing and plenty of seating. The well-equipped kitchen features an island (seats 2), an upsized pantry, and all the essentials to make cooking a breeze. A sizable dining table (seats 8) and breakfast bar (seats 3) create the ideal setting for meals and game nights. The downstairs living room offers an additional cavernous living room for relaxation and another huge table for game nighttime (seats 10).

The roomy backyard features a private pool (heating available for an additional fee) with lounge chairs, a gas grille, and lush trees for added seclusion—creating an ideal space to spend quality time together. Direct beach access through the backyard gate. There you will a beach ideal for fishing, swimming, or witnessing The Point's pretty sunrises and sunsets.

Inside Our 3,600 Sq. Ft. Home
The upper level features OCEAN VIEWS from the main living areas (kitchen, dining, and living room) and two bedrooms. The lower level has 2 bedrooms with attached baths and a enormous bunk room. Additionally, the downstair also features a huge living room with intelligent tv, sectional couch and a sizable table for game nights (seats 10).

Upper Level:
Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite: King bed with OCEAN VIEW, private bathroom (shower & soaking tub), walk-in closet, and dedicated workspace.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with OCEAN VIEW.

Bedroom 3: King bed.

Lower Level:
Bedroom 4: King bed with private bathroom.

Bedroom 5: King bed with private bathroom.

Bedroom 6 – Bunk Room: Three full beds (bottom) and three twin beds (top).

A huge deck overlooks the private swimming pool (heated upon request for an additional fee). After a day at the beach, rinse off at the foot wash station, or appreciate the full outdoor shower (private.) If you’ve had a successful fishing trip, an outdoor sink is available for cleaning your catch.

For added convenience, our home includes a laundry room with a washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi. Intelligent TVs are available in all bedrooms and living areas, so you can relax with your favorite shows or sporting events.

**House Policies**
- Linens are supplied (guests must bring their own beach towels).
- A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance for security purposes.
- No family pets are allowed. This includes both guest pets and visiting pets.
- No events or large gatherings allowed.
- Pool heating is available for an additional fee, offered after booking.
