This location offers a variety of food options, entertainment, shopping, and the newly opened Duplin Winery. This apartment, which is ideal for couples or modest families, has a kitchen/living room, a bedroom, and enough space to sleep up to six people in about 630 square feet. The resort features an oceanfront pool deck, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and Lazy Rivers, among other elegant amenities and breath-taking vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. Getting Around:

Using Turo, a car rental service, and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are highly recommended.

Please take note of the following:



This apartment is not a hotel; it is privately owned. Kindly handle it with the same consideration that you would your own home.



Towels, washcloths, and bed linens are supplied for your stay. There will also be a basic supply of toilet paper, hand soap, and garbage bags.



The lifeguards on the beach are directly responsible for renting chairs and umbrellas.



Since this is not a hotel, kindly be advised that daily maid service is not offered. For an additional cost, you can arrange for daily or biweekly maid service or a towel exchange.



NOTE: No motorbikes are allowed on resort property from May 1st to August 31st

NOTE: Please note that only the indoor pool is heated; the Lazy River is outside the glass enclosures and is not heated. Outside Pool Heaters are turned on April 1st.

Spring 2026:

April 15th: Heaters turned on

June 1st: Heaters turned off

South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool: turned off June 15

Pool Enclosures Removed: Thursday, May 1st & Friday, May 2nd



Fall/Winter 2025-2026:

October 1: Heaters turn on

December 1: Heaters turn off

Note: Villa I Pool does not have a heater

Pool Enclosures Installed: Week of November 10

North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.



All spas are operational April 15th thru November 15th. During the off season, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the North Tower pool deck, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the South Tower pool deck and both outdoor spas at Villas I & II are operational. Both North & South Tower indoor spas are open year-round.



Note: Ice machines and Pool Deck water supplies are temporarily closed



They are currently also painting the exterior walls of the parking garage.
