This cute beach home features 2 bedrooms ( 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed), 2 full bathrooms, front and back deck areas with seating, living room, sleeper couch, entirely supplied kitchen, stainless appliances, laundry with side by side washer and dryer, and enough linens to accommodate 6 guests comfortably. You'll appreciate the laminate wood floors throughout the entire home. This home is located on a peaceful street which offers added safety for you and your kids. Great for riding bicycles and playing ball. For your parking needs, you'll have your own private parking space for 1 car, all others may park in the overflow supplied with a parking pass. You must provide your own paper products, toiletries, kitchen condiments, soaps, and detergents. Linens and bath towels will be supplied.

Ocean Lakes requires a $12 per day parking fee for each car if paid within 15 days of arrival (fee will be $15 per day is paid less than 15 days of arrival). This will need to be paid directly though Ocean Lakes before entering the campground.)

*We do not allow trailers to be stored at the beach home, they must be parked in the trailer storage area (additional costs do apply with Ocean Lakes).

The beach home comes with a complimentary golf cart (seats 4), complimentary Wi-Fi internet, intelligent tv's in every room with basic cable.

Due to personal liability, we DO NOT allow anyone under the age of 21 to drive the complementary golf cart under any circumstances! If caught driving under the age of 21, your golf cart privileges will be taken.

We do NOT allow family pets or animals of any type. This is for allergy purposes and there are NO exceptions!

Summer: (Memorial Day through Labor Day) Saturday-Saturday units. 7 nighttime minimum. NO EXCEPTIONS during these dates!

Our property is under outdoor video surveillance 24/7 with 2 cameras on the property.

This is a family aligned home. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home and remain at the home throughout the entire stay. Ocean Lakes Family Campground offers beach access, indoor and an outdoor pool, striking new water park, playground, two snack bars, basketball courts, miniature golf, volleyball court, horseshoes, shuffleboard, arcade, grocery store, 24 hour security and wireless internet connection within the camp. ground and at the Meet-n-Eat.
